Services We Provide

  • Interior of a building under construction with unfinished walls, exposed wiring, and plumbing pipes.

    Builders Clean

A builder’s clean is the first stage of post-construction cleaning. It prepares the site for painters and finishing trades, creating a safe and workable environment.

    What it involves:

Removing rubbish, debris, and construction waste

Wiping down walls, doors, trims, and window frames to make them dust-free

Vacuuming kitchens and bathrooms so trades can identify and fix defects

Washing floors (except covered timber) ready for walkthroughs

Our difference: This isn’t just sweeping up. Our team takes pride in detail, ensuring every surface is clean enough for finishing trades to do their best work. In retirement villages, this stage helps operators maintain tight schedules while ensuring standards are met from the very start.

  • Modern kitchen with white cabinets, marble countertops, a central island with a sink, and stainless steel appliances, including double ovens.

    Initial Clean

The initial clean is a deep builders’ clean designed to get properties inspection-ready. It is carried out once construction is nearly complete and before handover inspections, council sign-offs, or open homes.

    What it involves:

Removing protective coatings, adhesives, and packaging

Cleaning walls, ceilings, trims, doors, and cabinetry of dust, scuffs, and marks

Polishing kitchens, vanities, benchtops, and stainless-steel fixtures

Cleaning windows, glass, frames, and tracks inside and out

Vacuuming and polishing all floors (carpets, tiles, vinyl, polished concrete)

Detailed cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, appliances, and fittings

Our difference: Our staff are specialists in construction cleaning, not general cleaners. They know how to handle delicate finishes, spot issues early, and present properties at their best. In aged care and retirement builds, this clean gives operators and families confidence at inspections and reduces defects at final handover.

  • Living room with white walls, wooden floors, a cream sofa with decorative pillows, a white armchair with wooden arms, a coffee table with a vase, and a fireplace with a painting above it.

    Move-In Clean

The move-in clean is the final polish before residents or buyers arrive. It’s typically completed a few days before handover to ensure everything looks and feels fresh.

    What it involves:

Re-checking and re-wiping all surfaces after the final clean

Bathrooms sanitised and shower traps, toilets, and vanities detailed

Kitchens, cabinets, and wardrobes wiped of any remaining dust

Floors washed, with wood flooring polished using specialist products

Windows touched up, paint flecks or marks removed

Door handles, trims, and stainless steel polished to shine

Our difference: This clean delivers the wow factor. Behind every great clean is a team that cares — our staff are experienced, dedicated, and known for their meticulous eye for detail. In retirement villages and aged care, this final stage ensures residents walk into safe, sanitary, and welcoming homes. Our promise is simple: “Sparkling finish, or we’ll come back free.”
